My client, an industry leading engineering & construction subcontractor, is currently recruiting for a civils biased project engineer to join their work winning team in Manchester.
The successful candidate will support my clients growing multi-disciplinary rail business.
Managing design/engineering projects and producing design cost estimates, monitoring project costs against the tender allowance.
Candidate responsibilities:
- Identifying resource demands
- Progress reports
- Appropriate cost estimates
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Effective Bid Delivery
- Delivering construction strategy plans
Candidate requirements:
- Civil engineering degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience at engineering level
- Proven railway planning and project coordination capability
- PTS - Advantageous
- A good understanding of group standards, procedures and HSE legislation
