Purchase Ledger Clerk / Full time / Dunmurry
Reed Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a successful client in the hospitality industry on the outskirts of Belfast, and are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small finance team.
This is a permanent position, office based.
Working as part of a small team of three, the post holder will be responsible for the accounts payable function from invoice processing to payment.
Specific duties will involve:
Processing purchase invoices
Matching and coding invoices
Supplier Statement reconciliation
Query resolution
Preparing invoices for payment
The software used is Sage 200
The Person:
Applicants should have previous purchase ledger experience and will work well in a process driven environment.
Applicants will have a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to manage a high volume of work in a methodical way.
Applicants will be able to work in the office on the outskirts of Belfast.
