We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a Recruitment firm in the West End. This is a maternity contract which is up to 12 months and is paying 30 -35k depending on experience. The hours are 8.30 - 5.30 and is an office based position. Previous Admin experience within a corporate environment is essential.
The role
- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and suppliers
- Answering external telephone calls and fielding them appropriately
- Printing and amending PowerPoint presentations for consultants
- Supporting marketing team with mailers and social media
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with external contractors
