Head of Performance and Analytics - Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £100,000 and 20% bonus
Location: Remote with required travel to Dublin
The Company:
A leading company in the Sports Gaming industry is seeking a Head of Performance and Analytics for a 12-month maternity cover role, starting immediately. This position involves conducting in-depth analysis of sporting performance and managing a small team of three. The ideal candidate will be able to make a swift and significant impact in a market-leading organization.
The Role:
As the Head of Performance and Analytics, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating sales performance and identifying underlying causes
- Addressing business inquiries from various stakeholders through analytics
- Developing long-term business strategies
- Managing a small team
- Analyzing existing products with a commercial perspective
Skills/Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a marketing/analytics/product centred environment focusing on commercial and optimising performance.
- Experience in the gambling/gaming industry is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
Interview Process:
- First Stage: 30-minute initial interview with the hiring manager
- Second Stage: 1-hour assessment with the hiring manager and a stakeholder
