Are you an experienced Graduate Recruitment Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in the legal industry? Our client, an elite international law firm, is seeking someone with excellent communication and relationship building skills to join their London team.
As the Early Careers Recruiter, you will manage the full spectrum of the Trainee Recruitment and Training Contact programmes as well as all Business Services recruitment. This includes advising on the recruitment marketing strategy, attending Law Fairs, managing the recruitment system, and tracking all recruitment activity. On the Business Services side, you will work closely with managers to identify recruitment needs, review candidate details, and assist with the selection process.
In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also be involved in various ad hoc tasks such as ensuring compliance with migrant worker responsibilities, establishing an internal framework for apprenticeships, and providing support to the Senior Recruitment Manager.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in graduate recruitment within a US or global law firm. A recognised CIPD qualification and detailed knowledge of the legal industry are also desirable. You should be highly organised, able to work well under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail.
