We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle City Centre. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Job You'll be Doing

  • Inbox Management - supporting with incoming queries
  • Proofing Copy - proofing information materials and communications
  • Administration - ability to prioritise, well organised, attention to detail, good customer service
  • Project Coordination support - ability to work across different project elements, ability to meet deadlines (e.g. support with online conference organisation/delivery)
  • Technology - Proficient in the use of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom
  • Secretarial Skills - Meeting Coordination, Minute Taking
  • Finance Record Keeping
