We are looking for a Semi-Skilled Handyperson to contribute to the BMS team to ensure the integrity, safety, and functionality of our European Knowledge Centre's infrastructure.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement of building fabrics, including office environments, laboratories, and GMP production lines.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and operational efficiency through diligent building and utility services management.
- Diagnose and repair building fabric issues, contributing to the site's overall reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Utility Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operation of site-wide services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 Years experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Clean environment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Relevant vocational qualifications in building maintenance, engineering, or a related trade.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water systems, familiarity with CMMS, and certifications in relevant trades.
