We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated FP&A Manager to join a leading multi-site business to be responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis of the business through providing insight and analysis to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Description
- Be the finance lead for financial planning and analysis for the business.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Working with senior management to understand the trends of underlying business performance.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand and control costs.
- Review and analyse monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
- Manage the group cashflow and balance sheet budget submissions.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A recognised Accountancy Qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial modelling and data manipulation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with high level of accuracy.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
