Lettings Senior Property Manager - Harborne - up to £35k
My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for several years. Due to an ever increasing growth within their Lettings department they are looking for an experienced Lettings Senior Property Manager to join their team in Harborne. You should have a strong background in Lettings Property Management and ideally be ARLA qualified. This is an extremely busy and fast paced role where you will be managing and overseeing three Property Managers dealing with a high volume of managed properties so you will need a strong background in property management and be up to date with all current Lettings legislation.
Main Duties to include:
- Managing a team of three Property Managers
- Overseeing the management of a large portfolio of properties
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
- Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
- Serving section notices
- Handling evictions and complaints
- Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
- Respond to telephone and mail enquiries in line with department procedures
- Arrange property visits, submit reports to landlords and follow up any identified maintenance issues
Essential Skills Required:
- Lettings Property Management experience is ESSENTIAL
- People Management experience
- Organisation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Articulate
- IT literate
- ARLA qualified preferred
