The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Support, Sales & Communications Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role involves supporting internal communications, assisting with marketing activities, and providing essential sales support. You'll divide your time across:
- Internal Office Communications & Support – 1 day per week.
- Marketing Assistant – 2 days per week.
- Sales Support Assistant – 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including social media management.
- Create marketing collateral (PDFs, web content, videos).
- Maintain and optimise the CRM Contacts database.
- Support competitor analysis and event organisation.
Communications & Support:
- Manage internal office communications.
- Assist in office management tasks and event planning.
- Support business benefits maintenance with providers, e.g., medical insurance.
Sales Support:
- Help prepare proposals and reports for divisional leads.
- Attend sales meetings and support the sales function.
- Maintain the HubSpot CRM and support legal paperwork for new business onboarding.
- Liase between PMO's and accounts when oboarding new orders and customers

The Person
We are looking for someone who is:
- Educated to a degree level in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Experienced in supporting digital marketing campaigns and using tools like HubSpot.
- Skilled in office management and internal communications.
- Excellent at time management, prioritisation, and digital marketing tools.
- A creative storyteller with strong interpersonal skills.
