£65,000 - £75,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Travel Expenses + Training + Progression to Operations Director
This is a great for an Operations Manager to join a market leading contractor where you'll be working on a variety of public sector projects in London and the surrounding areas, all whilst being offered further professional development and the opportunity to progress to Operations Director.

This market leading consultancy and contractor work on a plethora of projects mainly within the public sector, with projects including Hospitals, Social Housing and other public sector facilities. Possessing two separate arms to the business they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, these will include planning, directing and supervising on-going projects. As well as that, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies to ensure efficient and effective running of projects. You'll also be responsible for monitoring projects to make sure they are compliant with client specifications, industry standards and regulations. Furthermore, you will be liaising with on-site teams, suppliers and colleagues to ensure any problems with projects can be solved quickly. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be visiting and auditing sites to further manage safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will be someone with proven management experience in the construction industry, as well having great communication skills both written and verbal to be able to effectively communicate company operations with the team.
