Key responsibilities as the Trades Person will include:
- Accountable for the quality of workmanship
- Methods used to affect the repair.
- Safety of yourself and those around whilst the repair is undertaken, and safe disposal of waste
- Polite and Professional approach
- Respectful of property you work in.
- Safe and Considerate Driving.
- Able to diagnose and complete a cost effective repair.
What the company are looking for in their Trades Person :
- NVQ Level 2 Or above will be required for relevant trades.
- Experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment would be preferred.
- Be comfortable with working in a social housing environment engaging with residents and representatives of the Client.
- Have an organised approach to meet the demands of your workloads completing repairs in an effective and timely manner.
- Have a practical approach to health and safety, ensuring that you and others are safe at all times.
