Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Project Coordinator in the Façade team at Rendall & Rittner, you will have excellent administrative experience delivering a comprehensive support to a team, with a high attention to detail.
- you will have a working knowledge of property management and ideally health and safety requirements/legislation within the workplace.
- you'll have managed compliance trackers and monitor and update various project software.
- You will have an awareness or willingness to understand The Building Safety Act
- you'll be a team player, and a confident communicator to develop relationships with all staff members to include those based onsite along with leaseholders
- You have an eye for detail, coupled with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
