We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist for temporary cover at a reputable company in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanour, with the ability to manage a busy front desk efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or meeting rooms.
- Handling incoming calls and emails, providing information, and redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using office equipment and management systems.
- Must have a current or previous Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
