Commercial Account Representative - Hybrid Working | Coventry Based

We're on the lookout for a detail-driven, customer-focused Commercial Account Representative to join a thriving team in a fast-paced B2B environment.
In this role, you'll be the vital link between clients and internal teams, supporting a portfolio of established customer accounts, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way. From onboarding new clients to resolving issues and analysing data, no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as first point of contact for your customer portfolio
- Managing orders, data accuracy and reporting
- Coordinating stock takes and credit requests
- Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day service delivery
- Spotting process improvements and driving customer satisfaction
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or commercial support role
- A proactive approach with exceptional organisational skills
- Confidence using systems (CRM/ERP knowledge a bonus)
- A passion for building strong relationships and solving problems
