Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Night Shifts)

HRGO is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a busy freight company in Dover. Ideally candidates will have some logistics experience and the successful candidate will plan and manage time-critical logistics solutions throughout Europe and worldwide, operating with strict time constraints and ensuring all schedules and deadlines are met.
Duties include, monitoring live, urgent transport movements; keeping clients informed of shipment progress; and maintaining a bespoke transport management system, in line with company procedures. You must be organised, reliable and be able to work in a busy environment.
Please note this role is working night shifts (4 on 4 off)
Job Responsibilities
- Shipment management
- Shipment progress to clients
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistics challenges to ensure a seamless service.
- Maintain excellent telecommunications as per our standard operating procedure
- Support the wider operations team by reporting vehicle availability
- KPI reporting where required.
