Assistant Property Manager (or Property Administrator stepping up) - Herts/North London borders (Hybrid) - Up to £35k
We're working with a highly rated, long established independent managing agent whose no-fuss, fully accountable service has seen them grow to manage over 10,000 units UK wide (most of which are London & Counties).
As a result of this growth (and a desire not to overload incumbent Property Managers) they now seek an additional Assistant Property Manager (or Property Administrator stepping up) as follows:
- Working on a hybrid basis from a Hertfordshire office base
- Assisting Property Manager's overseeing a predominantly Freeholder portfolio located across London and the South East
- Assisting with a wide range of property management duties from budget setting to insurance provision, major works consultation, H&S and contractor management (with a view to progressing to Property Manager status over time)
- Liaising with residents, contractors and clients on a daily basis (via phone, formal letter and email)
- Accountability, service and transparency are key - our client has retained and grown its portfolio on these principles
- The role would best suit a confident assistant property manager with 2+ years' experience but may also provide a step up for a Property Administrator keen to take on more responsibility
- TPI qualifications desirable but supported in post for those not yet accredited
