Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager join a fast-growing company based in Andover on a full-time, permanent basis. My client can offer hybrid working with a minimum of two days based in the office. This position would suit someone who enjoys being hands on and is resilient.
The Role:
- Responsible for all aspects of month end and preparation of management accounts
- Ensuring monthly balance sheet reconciliations are completed
- Overseeing a small team to ensure closing of month end is achieved in a timely manner
- VAT reporting
- Responsible for invoice finance functions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- AAT qualified or strong QBE
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Use of Xero – essential
