PROJECT COORDINATOR - EV
Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire, UK
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
This company is looking for a highly organised individual to support the Electric Vehicle Charging Point (EVCP) Trial extension project. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a significant role in the project which impacts our clients retail portfolio, bringing rapid chargers to both live stores as well as working with the Regions to arrange installations for new stores whilst construction is ongoing.
Responsibilities Included:
- Coordinating the project that will be focussing on several sites at one time
- Ensuring all due diligence has been completed on each site
- Carrying out all OPM requirements and updating the system when necessary
- Ensuring all potential delays are recorded and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a well organised filing system to ensure all necessary documents are on file and can be found when needed
Skills and Attributes:
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise workload and use initiative
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with dealing with different stakeholders types
- Data entry Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organisational, time and diary management skills
- Proactive attitude to teamwork
- Efficient with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
Benefits:
- Salary starting at £36,000 rising to £42,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
