Your new role
Working within the management accounting team, you will be reconciling journals and the general ledger, as well as analysing financial information and re-forecasting the annual budget. Taking part in regular review meetings and liaising with stakeholders will also be part of your job as well as assisting your colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
It is likely you will have already started or looking to start your professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and have gained recent practical experience in accounting, with exposure to some of the month-end routines. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, be well-organised and possess strong Excel skills, using V-Look-ups and Pivot tables. Being team-orientated, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be keen to work collaboratively with the wider finance team.
