Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + Up to 30% Commission (No Thresholds!)

About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Education division, you'll be at the forefront of a sector that's dynamic and fast-paced-especially during term time. This role requires someone who can manage the intensity and urgency of the education sector with ease, ensuring that schools and educational institutions have the talent they need when they need it. Outside of term time, it's fast, but during term time, it's even faster-so be ready to hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier candidates across the education sector using job boards, social media, and direct headhunting.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate attraction, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base within the education sector.
- Hybrid Working: Once your desk is up and running, enjoy the flexibility of a 2-3 day split between office and home working.
