Chef de Partie - Surrey- £31,000 - Work life balance
Chef de partie required for a boarding school in Dorking area, Surrey. Working for a leading contract catering company this is a 5/7 day week 52 week year. There is a mix of early and late shifts 7am - 3.30pm or 11.30am to 8pm and you would be required to work around 1 in 3 weekends.
In the role you will be expected to:
- Work professionally, efficiently, and safely always in line with company policy
- Have a good eye for detail, presenting food to the client's specification
- Take the initiative and go the extra mile
- Be passionate about food, service and willing to learn new skills
- Have a positive attitude and work well individually and as part of the team

Required skills / experience:
- Experience as a CDP
You will also be expected to have a City & Guilds culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
- At least a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
