My client ,a Portsmouth based people focussed organisation with multiple sites; is seeking an HR Advisor to join them on an initial 6 week interim basis.
Reporting into the HR manager and forming a wider people team of four this role will involve all aspects of HR and advising on a range of employee life cycle issues.
Duties will include
- advising on employee relations cases
- supporting the HR manager with multiple HR projects assisting with change management programme
- collaborating with the recruitment team for onboarding
- advising employees on first line HR queries#
- generalist HR tasks
The ideal candidate will:
- Be available immediately or within two weeks
- Have strong HR generalist experience inland in an advisory capacity
- Be flexible and deadline driven.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
This role is full-time office based in Portsmouth with free parking available.
