Mortgage Administrator (Post Offer)

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Are you an experienced administrator or customer service professional looking to kick start a career within the mortgage industry?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator in the Post Offer team!
Duties include:
- Dealing with all queries via phone and email in relation to mortgage applications (pre and post offer)
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times whilst ensuring that SLAs are met
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Liaising with mortgage brokers, underwriters and other internal teams
- General administrative duties: filing, data entry, diary management, emails etc
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (ideally within financial services)
- Looking to start a career within the mortgage sector
- Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- IT Literate and competent using MS Office
- Driving licence and own transport due to the office location
