I am pleased to be working with an innovative and pioneering client within the utility sector who are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Runcorn-based team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing channels and providing effective marketing operations support. They will also be responsible for improving and developing the customer UX across all digital platforms to drive business. They will also provide essential support in the day-to-day management of digital contact points and marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in developing and delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Update product information across various websites, ensuring accurate images, descriptions, and media.
  • Create and manage effective email marketing campaigns to boost awareness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a content marketing plan, crafting relevant copy and content for emails, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to content, enhancing both organic and paid search results.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence in line with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform future content plans and campaigns.
  • Provide support to PR/Digital agency with enquiries and social media requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
