My client is looking for a talented and technically minded Architectural Technologist with a keen eye for detail to join their passionate team in Essex. The highly regarded practice has a focus on providing client-led and creative designs to ensure expectations are always exceeded. The practice has projects across the Residential and Leisure sectors and has a range of exciting new Retail projects on the horizon.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and should want to progress their career. You will be confident in your abilities and should have exceptional technical skills and great attention to detail. Retail experience is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- A relevant HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Significant experience post qualification
- CIAT registered, or working towards depending on your level
- Able to look after projects from inception to completion
- Exceptional technical abilities
- Confident liaising with clients
- Previous experience working through all RIBA stages
- Determined to further your career
- Local to the Essex area
- Great knowledge of a range of industry standard software
