At Engage Education Services, we've specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We're currently looking for an experienced PA to Head who would like to work in a school for a full-time position at a fantastic secondary school in Harrow.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16: 00, Monday - Friday, term-time only
About the role
As PA to Head at this school, you'll be working Monday - Friday as a part of a great administrative team that works together to ensure the smooth running of the school. You will be:
- Using the school's internal system to record data
- Minute taking
- Assisting the Headteacher on a daily basis
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Following HR best practices
The ideal applicant will have
- Experience of working in a HR position in a school
- Strong Administration background
- A real passion for working within an education environment
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
