About the Client
As an early-stage, tech disruptor in the digital rewards and couponing space, we enable global FMCG brands to distribute mobile coupons via any digital channel and for them to be redeemed at major supermarkets, high street stores, pubs and restaurants.
Our coupons drive sales, support new product launches and capture 1st party data. We have an enviable client list including Unilever, P&G, AB-Inbev, Colgate and Costa to name just a few.
We're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a smart, creative and driven marketeer to join our ranks

About You
Are you a B2B marketing whiz with 2-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, small organization?
Do you thrive in an environment where you can roll up your sleeves and get stuck in?
If you're a self-starter with tons of initiative and are brilliant at creating compelling content using Canva (or similar design tools), then we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, from crafting targeted content to managing email campaigns and driving brand awareness. You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the chance to make a real impact on our company's growth.

A flavour of what you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy across multiple channels (social media, email, website, trade shows etc.)
  • Create high-quality marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, landing pages) to support the sales team
  • Manage and nurture our email programme to generate leads and drive sales
  • Organize and promote webinars to educate potential customers about our products/services
  • Research and contribute to the development of white papers and other thought leadership content
  • Manage external agencies and oversee the production of videos, training materials and SEO improvements
  • Develop and manage a range of reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience working in B2B marketing, ideally within a small or fast-paced organization
  • A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience with content marketing for lead generation
  • Hands-on experience in running social media campaigns, both organic and paid (eg. LinkedIn GoogleAds)
  • Experience with B2B marketing automation platforms (e.g. mailchimp)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a B2B focus
  • The ability to create high-quality marketing materials (image and video content) using Canva or similar design tools
  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with a keen eye for analytics
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Maturity to thrive in a remote working environment and to work efficiently without constant supervision

We operate remotely with a heavy emphasis on using technology to stay connected. This is a remote role and you can be based anywhere in the UK, albeit we have a full team in-person meeting in London once a month.
