Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance or a related field
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software
This is an office based role working Monday to Friday.
