Assistant Finance Business Partner
- Supporting the senior financial team with financial planning and analysis
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Providing financial data and reports to various department heads
- Helping to develop and maintain financial models
- Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and systems
- Participating in financial audits and compliance checks
- Assisting with special projects as required
Profile
A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:
- An academic background in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
- A proactive approach, willing to take the initiative and work autonomously
