We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team, supporting wider management across the business on complex ER cases.

You'll be providing comprehensive advice on employee relations cases including absence management, redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances. Are you an experienced ER Advisor with a commercial background? Do you have experience in managing high volumes of ER cases?

As an Employee Relations Advisor you'll be:

  • Supporting and guiding employees and managers across the UK regarding Employee Relations processes
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are met, and sound employee relations are facilitated and promoted.
  • Supporting the Head of HR on completion of ET3 forms and production of Employment Tribunal Bundles
  • Production of confidential monthly statistical reports on ER cases, tribunals, compromise agreements, sickness and employee turnover highlighting any drastic negative or positive movement to the Head of HR
  • Undertaking of ad-hoc projects as and when required

As an Employee Relations Advisor you'll have:

  • Experience within private sector and a great sense commercial awareness
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • An appropriate level of generalist ER experience gained within a fast-moving environment
  • The ability to work high volumes of cases at any one time whilst be able to prioritise
  • An excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation including redundancies, TUPE, DBS, Security Vetting Grievance, Disciplinary and termination management
