Security Service Engineer

Location: Reading/Swindon close to M4 corridor

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 PA DOE, with potential to earn up to £50,000 PA

Are you an experienced Service security Engineer looking for an opportunity to hit the ground running in a dynamic, growing organisation? Our client a family-run business operating for 25 years, specialising in high-profile residential, commercial, and English heritage sites. We're looking for a highly competent engineer with expertise across three key disciplines: Access, Intruder and CCTV

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in service and maintenance of security systems.
  • Work across various prestigious sites, including English heritage locations, high-profile residences, car dealerships, and commercial properties.
  • Strong focus on the Reading/Swindon area.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and support staff to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Competence across Access (ACT365, Paxton), Intruder (Texecom, Galaxy, Ajax), CCTV (Avigilon, Hikvision, Ava)
  • Proven track record of hands-on experience, with qualifications highly desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
