Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries with foresight, addressing any scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in nurturing client relationships alongside the team.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence for approval, complete dictations, and ensure the organisation of internal and external events.
  • Oversee file management, including opening forms, conflict checks, compliance, archiving, and off-site storage.
  • Handle financial data management, post scanning, expense claims, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date client contact details and ensure effective communication channels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA, with a preference for those with a background in litigation.
  • Ability to manage upwards with patience and finesse.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to deliver high-quality work independently.
  • Proficient keyboard skills and familiarity with applications such as Word, Outlook, and digital dictation; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency advantageous.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring quality in all tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and resilience under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • A commitment to proactive service delivery to both internal and external clients.
