I'm currently seeking an experienced and driven Aviation Divisional Director to join an established global broker. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £160,000 and the chance to lead a dynamic team, shaping the future of our aviation division.

Key activities and responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Line Manager for handling major accounts and jointly managing the Aviation team.
- Developing business strategies to grow our presence in global markets.
- Setting measurable objectives and agreeing on relevant learning and development opportunities for direct reports at least annually, in line with the business's needs, role requirements, and individual's capabilities.
- Supporting the creation of slips and endorsements.
- Assisting in the development and introduction of new and existing business.
- Managing recruitment where appropriate to ensure the Division's effectiveness is maintained.
