Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and age groups.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create engaging lessons when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and report on student progress as required.
- Uphold school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching, ideally within UK schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and reliability to accept assignments on short notice.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
