CRM Executive

Location: Hedge End
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

We are seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to join our client's growing team, reporting directly to the CRM & Database Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the customer journey by using data effectively and working closely with the Marketing Team, Franchise & Service Managers, and third-party providers. The role involves ensuring that customers are well-informed about the latest offers and are reminded of upcoming Services and MOTs.

**Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and consistency.
  • Act as the primary contact for the marketing database, identifying opportunities for system improvements and data management enhancements.
  • Support staff in utilising the database for business operations.
  • Efficiently handle CRM issues, including customer complaints and resolutions.
  • Undertake project work as required and contribute to management reports and metrics.
  • Visit dealerships within the group to provide proactive support and training on CRM and CCC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, and uphold best practices for data use and maintenance.

Marketing Support:

  • Fulfil marketing requests related to campaigns, including data extractions, HTML creation, and Keyloop marketing setup, or liaising with third-party suppliers.
  • Assist in implementing a new customer journey process, from HTML creation to campaign setup.

Team Development:

  • Participate in the ongoing development of the CRM team.
  • Engage fully in development reviews and contribute to team growth.

  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in administration is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet work deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a capacity to advise and support team members effectively.
  • A strong work ethic, adaptable to change, and capable of maintaining high-quality work under pressure.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to research and find appropriate solutions.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to react positively to organisational and market changes.
