Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Welder / Fabricator on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Welder / Fabricator:
- Responsible for personal health and safety and that of others around you.
- To ensure that all work carried out complies with instructions given.
- To ensure a complete understanding of what is required, prior to commencement of work.
- To preserve and maintain all company tools and equipment in your care.
Skills and Qualifications for the Welder / Fabricator:
- Prefer experience in commercial trailer body building, repairs and general fabrication.
- Experience in MIG welding mild steel, stainless steel.
- Prefer experience in TIG welding beneficial but not essential.
- Must be capable of working to high standards and with minimum supervision.
- Must have a flexible approach and be prepared to work as an individual or with others.
