We are working with a sustainable design-led homewares brand who sell their products into leading retailers globally. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join their team to play an integral part in the management and support of their international retailers and distributors.

The successful candidate will have prior wholesale B2B experience within a sales support or sales operations function, be proactive and process driven, and be a real people person with a genuine desire to provide the best possible service to their trade / retail customers. You will work as a key member of the sales team, supporting their international wholesale customer base across a wide range of areas from arranging product samples, upselling product, and support with their orders and general queries. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, and offers great opportunities for development and progression.

Duties in this Senior Sales Support Coordinator position will include:

  • Working with the International Sales Managers, being a pivotal contact for international distributors and global retail customers
  • Liaising with international trade customers, supporting on any order queries, requests for images and samples, and ensuring customers are receiving best in class service at all times
  • Order management and processing
  • Liaising with internal teams and the warehouse and to ensure the smooth running of orders for your accounts, communicating any delays
  • Managing stock effectively for your account base, understanding your customers' needs, and maximising any opportunities to increase sales
  • Undertake sales project work as required alongside the Sales Manager as required

Skills & experience required:

  • Experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales coordination, sales operations, or sales support position
  • A passion for product and retail
  • Best in class communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Excellent Excel skills, some experience with an ERP system would be ideal but not necessary
  • Numerate and accurate, with a good attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive approach, a friendly demeanour and a team player!
