This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of rural property matters, including:
- Managing rural property transactions, including farms, estates, and forestry
- Advising on rural developments, including renewables, housing, and telecoms
- Providing guidance on agricultural leases, crofting, and historical property matters
- Building strong relationships with estate landowners and utility companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the purchase and sale of rural properties
- Advise on agricultural holdings and crofting issues
- Support estate landowners with title queries, boundary, and access issues
- Engage in the firm's marketing activities, such as writing articles and attending events
