Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students in accordance with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
  • Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of pupils, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the diverse needs of students.
  • Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold and promote the school's values and ethos.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
