Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
- Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of pupils, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the diverse needs of students.
- Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold and promote the school's values and ethos.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
