Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant.
Location: Slough, Berkshire.

We are working closely with an industry leading Water Hygiene / Legionella Consultancy who have a strong presence in the South of England. They are now seeking to take on Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant. You will be responsible for undertaking risk assessments across a mixed portfolio of sites, alongside working closely with clients to understand specific requirements as well as providing excellent consultancy support and advice when needed. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience working as a risk assessor / consultant who is looking to expand their experience by carrying out risk assessments on complex process systems / cooling towers.
The successful candidate will have good access to the South East / M4 Corridor and surrounding areas: Reading, Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Oxford, High Wycombe, Abington, Bicester, Whitney, Oxon, Portsmouth, Andover, Basingstoke, Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Alton.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold an industry recognised qualification, e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Will have experience working hands on as a risk assessor for a Water Hygiene / Legionella consultancy.
" Able to communicate with clients efficiently, providing excellent consultancy support.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent time management skills.
" IT literate.
The Role:
" Attending site, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems, cooling tower and process systems.
" Producing detailed legionella reports based on site findings.
" Creating and implementing legionella prevention plans based on risk assessment findings.
" Working closely with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and technical support.
" Creating and working from schematic drawings.
" Liaising with clients to identify specific requirements.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
