This role involves helping students aged 9-19 with Learning Difficulties, Social Emotional & Mental Health Needs, and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.

- Location: Chobham, Surrey
- Daily Rate: £100 per day
- Contract Type: Long-Term
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals and groups of students, ensuring they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher.
- Address behavioural and special needs issues in collaboration with the teacher.
- Assist the class teacher with implementing lesson plans and activities.
- Lead small groups of students in defined activities.
- Ensure the safety and access to learning activities for all pupils.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans.
- Foster positive student-teacher relationships.
�? Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.
- Proven ability to manage challenging or confrontational behavior.
- Experience working with young people is a plus.
- Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service.
- Own transport is ideal due to the school's location.
