About the Role
This Specialist Liability team deals with a broad range of challenging and impactful cases, including:
- Abuse and Legacy Claims
- Local Authority & Human Rights Claims
- Health and Social Care Claims
- Reputationally Significant Cases
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to have identical experience, but if you've worked on similar claims, particularly within local authorities, employer liability (EL), public liability (PL), or clinical risk, this could be a great fit for you. The team is open to candidates from various backgrounds, including those currently working on the claimant side.
Key Experience Areas:
- Local authority claims experience, EL/PL, with the ability to upscale.
- Clinical risk experience is highly relevant due to the focus on health and social care.
- Experience with psychiatric injuries and handling medical records.
