My client is a debt enforcement company looking to hire a Legal Performance Manager:
As Legal Performance Manager you will be running a 30 people team, legal admin, legal graduates, paralegal, calling debt in, in a call centre environment.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the legal litigation team along with:
- End to end litigation and accumulated case management process
- Managing work flows and processes
- Driving team to achieve collection targets
- Drive continues improvement
- Managing clients to optimize performance
- Compliance & Litigation
- Legal case loads
Although it would be advantageous this role does not require legal qualifications or SMCR/FCA certification, however experience within a similar environment is a must.
Experience as a Opps Manager, Senior Opps Manager, Legal Delivery Manager, Legal Manager and Legal Team Manager could be a possible match.
