Accounts Assistant
Up to £35,000 per annum

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a business based in Chesterfield as they look to on board an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will be a key part of the finance team, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Allocating daily cash receipts
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices
- Handling debtor collection
- Posting to the general ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing expense claims
- Financial reporting and analysis
- VAT returns and compliance
- Supporting the broader accounts team
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Prior experience working in an accounts assistant position
- Proficiency in Excel and Sage
- AAT qualification
