As a Financial Crime Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and provide compliance support to regulated firms, making a real impact in the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Responsibilities:
Liaise and provide support to clients on UK financial crime regulatory requirements.
Deliver high-quality projects across a range of financial crime topics and controls.
Review and analyse client documentation, applying relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Provide support for FCA authorisation applications and assist clients with technical questions.
Write sharp and informative audit reports.
Stay up to date with the FCA and industry sources to provide regular updates.
Support with the implementation, enhancement, or remediation of financial crime controls.
Become a trusted advisor for clients, building strong consulting skills.
Assist with regulatory reporting and ensuring excellent client service.
Contribute to cyclical learning and share expertise within the team.
Help with business development initiatives as the Financial Crime Team grows.
Qualifications and Experience:
Recent and relevant consultancy experience or demonstrable experience building and transforming compliance frameworks.
Strong understanding of financial crime compliance regulations.
Ability to translate regulatory rules and guidance into meaningful solutions for clients.
Proficient with Microsoft packages and numerically competent.
