The Role
They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic recent graduate to start their career in Digital Marketing. If you are a quick learner, with meticulous attention to detail, a head for maths and a solid understanding of Excel this role could be perfect for you!
Main Duties:
- Liaising with Internal teams to ensure their contract delivery services
- Fulfilment of daily and monthly reporting requirements across the whole group
- Working closely with senior management to ensure monthly KPI reports are delivered
- Building of purchase orders
- Ensuring they adhere to their compliance requirements
- Accurate tracking of individual's sales performance
- Lead recording and attribution
- Supporting Sales with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Analyse and create bespoke digital proposals
- Assist colleagues, clients and partners with general and project specific requirements
- Supporting the legal team to continue improving and expanding the compliance process
- Dealing with any inbound enquiries
- Keep up to date with new and existing technologies
- Contribute to the continued growth of the business
- Effectively communicate with staff located in all offices to help resolve any issues that arise
- Creating eye catching and creative monthly / yearly sales presentations
