Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a new challenge? My client is looking for someone who wants to join a dynamic Facilities team in Lingfield, Surrey, who will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their site.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services, ensuring compliance and safety across facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling and planning work, completing maintenance records, and applying your core trade skills to a variety of tasks. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and support your team members, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
They are looking for someone with a strong background in building and maintenance services, who is committed to ensuring a safe and efficient environment. If you have a recognised trade qualification or equivalent experience, good fault diagnosis skills, and the ability to work unsupervised, I want to hear from you.
