Macildowie are excited to be working exclusively with a nationally recognised FMCG business who are looking for their next energetic and hands-on Ecommerce Manager, as a result of Business Growth. As part of a fast-paced collaborative team, you'll be responsible for running profitable campaigns, promotions, and merchandising the site, ensuring a connected Omni-channel customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive, and implement trading plans to hit commercial targets and other KPIs.
- Ensure acquisition channel strategies and plans drive site traffic, ROAS, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Manage the performance of online stock; optimise listings and maintain data accuracy.
- Merchandise the website, maintaining current functionality and developing new features (e.g., cross-selling, adding promotions and management of banners/landing pages)
- Optimise on-site search & navigation, CRO activities, and drive product ratings and reviews.
- Work with supply teams to ensure strong product availability and with fulfilment teams for efficient and profitable despatch.
- Use data and analysis to inform all activities.
- Own weekly reporting and produce actionable insights to drive conversion, including commercial performance, competitor activity, and site performance.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong online retail experience and commercial background.
- Highly competent in website functionality, online customer experience, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
- Experience using digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Power BI. Experience with BigCommerce or Shopify is desirable.
- A strong analytics background and a good understanding of conversion rate optimisation, digital marketing, and SEO.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business with aggressive growth plans.
- Willingness to learn new skills and keep pace in the ever-changing world of online retail and ecommerce
- Strong Excel skills.
