Finance Business Partner Permanent £60,000 pa Stone Hyrbid, 2-3 days office
Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Stone, seeking to enhance their finance team by adding a Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth and committed to further investing in their team.
ROLE PROFILE:
- Support, challenge and drive the strategic and financial decisions and priorities, with a focus on financial performance delivery.
- Liaising with stakeholders to improve the Strategy, Cost and Efficiencies across their branches.
- Negotiate and influence change with stakeholders, to improve the financial stance of the business.
- Directly reporting into the Finance Director/Financial Controller.
- Building relationships with business directors and key decision-makers.
- Responsible for working with the external auditors on validation of balances.
- Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Review, manage and monitor overall staff utilisation compared to agreed targets.
- Budgeting & forecasting.
- Ad-hoc requirements as required.
ABOUT
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA/QBE or equivalent
- Proficient in the ability to manipulate financial data and produce insight to help drive financial performance.
- Strong ability to influence and impact the decisions and financial performance of senior stakeholders and their teams and to provide sound judgement in areas where decisions can have a significant financial impact.
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with business directors and key decision makers.
- Track record of driving continuous improvement to reports and KPIs
